Q: How do I check my email online?
A: Access your webmail by going to www.your-website-url.com/webmail you will be greeted with a log in popup dialog box. Enter your full email address and password into the fields and click OK. If you would like to change your password it can be done on the first page displayed in webmail. There are setup instructions for configuring email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express and Thunderbird... There are three online mail clients to choose from Horde, Round Cube and Squirrel Mail. Round Cube is probably the nicest but no matter which one you select your email will be present in all of them.

Q: How do I forward my email to another email account?
A: Log in to your webmail then click the "Email Forwarders" button, then click the "Add Forwarder" button then type in the email account you wish to forward your email to. Note: Only new emails sent to your account will be forwarded to the new email address, existing email residing in the inbox will not be forwarded, but can be, manually.
Q: I'm getting emails the have *****SPAM***** in the subject
A: This is a result of the SpamAssassin being active and tagging spam emails coming to your email account. You will be able to filter these spam emails and send them to a junk folder in your email client Outlook, Thunderbird... to keep them from cluttering your inbox and view them later. Make a filter and make it read the subject line then include the above line *****SPAM***** for the criteria so the filter can sniff out the spam tag and send it to the junk mail folder.
Q: When I forward emails they bounce back.
A: Modern web servers are becoming more wary of attachments especially ones with the .elm file extension. What you want to do is get your email program to forward emails with the attachments as inline text. To do this in the Thunderbird email client go to Tools > Options > Composition and select Forward Messages: Inline. This has been such a problem that the newest Thunderbird version is now set to forward Inline attachments by default.

So you deleted the recycle bin on your Windows Vista computer, me too! You can restore it by right clicking on the desktop then select personalize then click "Change Desktop Icons" and go through the procedure to restore it, BUT after doing this the recycle bin icon will not change to full when you delete something and will not show empty when you empty it, here's how to fix that. Do the same procedure as before, but change the icon this time "Reverse them" choose the empty icon for full and the full for empty, click Apply and OK and close the dialog boxes, try it out delete a test file then empty the recycle bin, it will show the full icon. Now that we got the recycler bin changing correctly, change the icons back, just reverse the procedure.
